NO OVEN NO STEAM MANGO AND CREAM CAKE

1 cup pineapple juice
1 small can multipurpose cream
1/2 can condensed mlik
1 cup cornstarch
600 grams chopped very ripe mango
8 pcs white bread – crust removed and saved
4 tbsp softened butter
Combine pineapple juice, multi purpose cream, condensed milk, mangoes.
Warm cream using low steam
Combine eggs and cornstarch.
Add into the warm mango and cream.
Remove bread crust and set aside.
Coat cake pan with cooking spray at the bottom.
Add a few slices of mangoes at the bottom
Add first layer of butter bread at the bottom.
Use the torn crust to patch holes.
Add a portion of mango and cream.
Repeat process until 3 layers.
Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Slice and serve.
