GRILLED KOREAN SHORT RIBS
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 to 8 minutes
Serves: 4 with steamed rice
2 1/2 lbs to 3 lbs Beef Short ribs
Marinade:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ground pepper
3/4 cup beef broth or water
1 tbsp Achuete powder (optional)
Marinade beef overnight or longer in a tight sealed container.
Keep in the fridge.
Grill until done.
Boil remaining marinade for 3 minutes until cooked and slightly thick.
Drizzle into the cooked ribs when serving.
