Ang Saraaaap! Pipino at mushrooms with Pritong Tilapia!
4 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 large onion
3 medium size tomatoes
5 cloves garlic,chopped
1 tsp Annato or Achuete Powder
fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
ground pepper
1 1/2 cups water
2 medium size cucumber – seeded and cut into bite size
1 can mushrooms- drained from its brine
2 large fried tilapia – cut into half each fish
