1/2 cooking oil
Cooking the dish
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion
5 cloves garlic
1 large carrot
fish sauce
ground pepper
2 bay leaves
2 cups water
1 knorr chicken cube
1 large potato
1 can Vienna sausage
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Slurry – the leftover cornstarch with 1/4 cup water
