Crispy Okra with Pusit in Chili Garlic sauce
BATTER
14 pcs okra
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
old Bay Seasoning – optional
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
Fry okra for 5 minutes then drain from oil. Set aside.
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp annato powder
fish sauce
a pinch of sugar
soy sauce
ground pepper
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup water
1 can oyster mushrooms
grilled squid
1 cup malunggay leaves
