6 pcs lasagna noodles – cooked according to package instructions.
1/2 cup boiling pasta water
CARBONARA SAUCE
2 eggs
salt and pepper
75 grams grated parmesan cheese
CREAM SAUCE
100 grams ham, chopped
2 pcs cooked ribeye steak bistek – 300 grams, chopped
125 grams white button mushrooms (1 package)
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
1 cup sundried tomatoes
1 can table cream (125 ml)
