MOMMY ELIZE’S GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP

1 stick butter
10 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white part scallions chopped
1 1/2 lb medium size shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine (XiaoXing)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup chopped green part green onions
