BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN Ron Bilaro · December 14, 2021 · Leave a Comment BLACK PEPPER CHICKENPrep time:Cooking time:Serves:1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs1/4 cornstarch5 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp sesame oil2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp ground pepper4 tbsp cooking oil1 medium size onion, peeled and chopped1 1/2 cups chopped celery2 tbsp chopped ginger1 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp ground pepperCombine above ingredients (chicken, cornstarch, garlic,sesame oil, soy sauce and ground pepper)Pre heat cooking oilthen fry for until brown – about 4 minutesRemove from the panSaute onions, celery and chopped ginger.Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and cook fast about 1 minuteAdd chicken back to the pan.Add 1/2 tsp ground pepper.Turn off heat and you are done!
