Serves:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cornstarch
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Combine above ingredients (chicken, cornstarch, garlic,sesame oil, soy sauce and ground pepper)
Pre heat cooking oil
then fry for until brown – about 4 minutes
Remove from the pan
Saute onions, celery and chopped ginger.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and cook fast about 1 minute
Add chicken back to the pan.
Add 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
Turn off heat and you are done!
