450 grams thinly sliced beef
2 to 3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 red bell pepper
5 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
2 bay leaves
2 cups or more water
1/2 can liver spread (3/4 cup)
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
