MURANG HAPUNAN – PANG NEGOSYO – TUNA RICE CRISPIES
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 6 patties
1 1/2 cups cooked steamed rice
1 can tuna in oil, drained.
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper
3/4 cup finely grated carrots
Combine all ingredients and divide into 6 patties.
Fry until golden – 3 to 4 minutes using high and medium heat in between.
1/4 cup tuna oil
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp soy
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
Place tuna oil in a small sauce pan.
Add 1 tbsp all purpose flour.
Heat and stir to dissolve flour.
Add 2 tbsp soy and 1 tsp sugar.
Keep whisking until dissolved.
Add 1/2 cup water and keep whisking.
Pour into the patties before serving.
