PANG NEGOSYO TUNA EMPANADA
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 2 mins per batch
Yields: 18 pcs
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
1 cup hot water
Sift flour and combine with oil, sugar and salt.
Slowly add water and crumble.
It should form a ball at the end.
Form into 18 small balls.
Rest for 30 minutes
Flatten using a rolling pin into circles.
Add 1 tbsp filling on the center.

Combine the following:
1 can tuna (drained)
1 medium size boiled potato, mashed
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper.
Fry for 2 minutes turning once until golden brown.
