TOFU AND CHICKEN NUGGETS WITH CHILI GARLIC MAYO
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 5 to 6 minutes per batch
Yields: 12 large nuggets
¼ of the tofu container, drained.
½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, finely chopped.
½ cup grated carrots
season with salt and pepper
1 egg
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
½ cup finely chopped cilantro or green onions
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup all purpose flour
Mash tofu with a fork until coarse.
Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Divide into 12 portions.
Fry until golden brown.
It will take about 5 to 6 minutes. Make sure the inside is cooked.
Place over wire rack to remove excess oil.
Let’s make the sauce
½ tbsp chili garlic paste
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp water
salt
Combine all ingredients. Serve with the nuggets.
