Chicken Macaroni Salad
1 cup macaroni noodles, cooked according to package instructions, drained.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crushed pineapple
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
green onions
1 box rasins
200 grams chopped ham
2 large pieces, cooked chicken thighs
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
Tikoy Kalamay
2 1/2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 condensed milk
1 coconut milk
1 package Frozen grated raw cassava – thawed
vanilla extract
salt
steaming time: 1 hour
cool down completely in the refrigerator to set and becomes firm – preferably overnight.

dip into beaten eggs and fry.
Fry for a minute to 2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with sugar.
