STEAK BURGER WITH LADY’S CHOICE AND MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Yields: 4 burgers served with buns or steamed rice
4 steak burgers (1/4 lb each patty)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup beef broth
8 oz cheese melt (cubed)
1 tbsp LADY’S CHOICE SANDWICH SPREAD
1 small canned mushrooms, drained/strained
salt and pepper
Using a pan, fry burger patties. Do no over cook. Cook patties up to about 70 percent. Set aside.
Meanwhile combine soy and broth in a pan.
Bring to a boil about 2 minutes.
Add Lady’s Choice Sandwich spread and cheese, stir until melt.
Add burger patties and adjust heat to medium to low.
Add mushrooms.
Bathe burgers with the sauce on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve.
