SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
MEATBALLS
1 lb (450 grams) ground pork with fat
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp salt
1tbsp sugar
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Divide into 8 pieces.
Mold into balls.
Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
SAUCE
1 bottle store bought spaghetti sauce (400 grams)
400 grams of water
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
