SITCHARO WITH PORK AND SHRIMP AND OYSTER SAUCE
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: Serves 2 with steamed rice
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 lb ground pork
salt and pepper
1/2 lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium size onion, peeled and chopped.
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup broth
1 lb snow peas
Pre heat oil for a minute
Brown pork for 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add shirmp and cook for a minute.
Remove and set aside.
Using same pan, – saute onions and garlic for a minute.
Add sesame oil
Season with salt and pepper
Add soy sauce, broth
Bring to a boil (2 minutes)
Add oyster sauce
turn heat to medium.
Add snow peas.
Cover and cook for a minute.
Uncover and add cooked pork and shrimp.
Combine well.
Serve with rice.
Enjoy.
