STEAMED SALMON AND BOKCHOY
DRESSING:
2 tbsp of the following – soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil.
1 tsp patis or fish sauce
5 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp grated ginger
ground pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
2 pcs salmon fillet 8 oz each
1 lb bokchoy cut in half.
Steam bokchoy for 3 minutes
place salmon in a parchment paper
Drizzle some dressing
Add chopped scallions.
Wrap using a parchment paper.
Steam for 10 minutes.
