SIMPLE! PATIS LEMON MUSHROOMS

PATIS LEMON MUSHROOMS WITH SHRIMP

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes
Serves: 2 with steamed rice

cooking spray
8 oz white button mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
1- 2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 bunch (8oz) fresh spinach with stems
10 pcs large pre cooked shrimp

Using a large skillet, preheat the coat pan with cooking spray
Add mushrooms and allow it to brown for 3 minutes.
turn over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
Add butter and melt – 30 seconds
Add lemon juice and fish sauce.
Swirl to coat mushrooms,
Add spinach and shrimp.
Cover and adjust heat to low or turn off heat.
Allow carry over cooking to wilt and steam spinach.
Uncover and combine well.

Serve with steamed rice.
