Sekreto ng malasang Pork with Mushroom sauce
1300 grams pork shoulder
2 tbsp cooking oil
salt and pepper
4 cups water
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 pcs bay leaves
Pre heat oil
Season with salt and pepper
Sear for 10 minutes until brown
Add water, fish sauce, soy sauce, laurel leaves.
Cover and cook for 25 minutes until fork tender.
Set aside.
Strain fat from the liquid.
Set aside.
Cooking the mushroom sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 tbsp butter
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups water
2 large carrots
2 potatoes
ground pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushrooms
cooked pork
green bell pepper
