PANG NEGOSYONG CORNDOGS
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes per batch
Serves: 7 corndogs
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
Combine all ingredients. This is your batter.
7 slices of soft white bread
7 pcs vienna sausage
Cheese slices (cheddar)
Use a rolling pin to roll out and flatten bread.
Place a piece of cheese at the center
Add 1 sausage.
Roll and use toothpicks to secure and prevent it from opening.
Pre heat enough cooking oil.
Dip each bread into the batter.
Fry for 2 minutes turning once until golden brown.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
