ORANGE GINGER CHICKEN
Note: you can always substitute Kikkoman Orange Sauce with orange juice and honey combination.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 9 minutes
Yields: 4 servings with steamed rice
1/2 cup Olive oil
2 pounds skinless and boneless chicken thighs
salt and pepper
1/4 cup Kikkoman Orange Sauce
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated ginger
Combine chicken with olive oil and salt and pepper and set aside.
Combine orange sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and ground pepper in a small bowl.
Grill chicken pieces for 3 minutes over high heat.
Turn over. Glaze chicken with the sauce.
Cook for another 3 minutes.
Turn over and glaze chicken with sauce.
Cook for another 3 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken.
