NO OVEN NO STEAMING MANGO CAKE
Prep time: 30 minutes
Serves: 1 7 inch x 2 1/2 inch cake
3 ripe mangoes, pitted, peeled and chopped
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 pcs white bread crumbled
4 tbsp gelatin powder
Combine milk and water.
Add vanilla
Add chopped mangoes
Add bread
Whisk in gelatin powder
Pour into a cake pan.
Chill for 3 hours or longer until sets.
Slice and serve.
