CASSAVA CAKE – 4 INGREDIENTS ONLY AND NO OVEN NEEDED
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes per cake
Serves: 3 cakes
454 grams grated cassava – liquid squeezed off
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 can coconut milk
Combine all ingredients and divide into 3 portions.
Use a non stick skillet to make the cake.
Pre heat the pan.
coat with cooking spray.
fry each portion between 6 to 8 minutes using medium to high heat turning occasionally.
Glaze with condensed milk if preferred.
