Cassava Nilupak (Mashed Cassava/Yucca with Coconut and Cream)
(I can eat this all by myself) yes! It’s that GOOOOD! Enjoy!
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes or until yucca is soft
Yields: 4 servings as snack
2 pound Yucca/Cassava/Kamoteng Kahoy
a pinch of salt
4 tbsp condensed milk
1 cup shredded coconut
4 tbsp butter, melted
Peel yucca and cut into large pieces. Boil until soft. Cool down.
Mash with fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and make sure it is well combined.
Chill in the fridge. Serve cold.
