MANGGA AT UBE BILO BILO
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
few drops of ube flavor
3/4 cup or more water
4 ripe mangoes, pitted and peeled and diced small
Combine milk and mangoes in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, make the bilo bilo –
Combine water and ube flavor and gradually whisk into the flour until it becomes “clay” like.
Mold into small balls.
Place in a boiling water and cook until it floats.
Remove from the pot.
Add to the mango.
Serve right away.
