KOREAN EGG BREAD (PANDAN FLAVOR)

PANDAN/REGULAR (A TAKE ON KOREAN EGG BREAD)

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: 12 to 14 pieces

Bread
2 tbsp melted butter
4 ½ tbsp sugar
2 beaten eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder

Toppings
3 pieces bacon, cut into small pieces
½ cup cheese melt cut into tiny cubes
½ cup chopped green onions

Combine all ingredients for the bread. Make sure it is smooth.
Coat molders with cooking spray and pour batter into each molder.
Divide toppings into each molder.
Bake at 375 degree Farenheit for 10 minutes.
Cool down.
Unmold and serve.
If you want the pandan version, add a few drops of Pandan extract to the batter.
