(FLOATING STICKY RICE BALLS )

Cooking time: 4 minutes/batch
Yields: 6 flat sticky balls
2 to to 2 ¼ cups glutinous rice flour
½ cup water
¼ cup white toasted sesame seeds (if you are making a lot)
2 tbsp black sesame seeds/poppy seeds (if you are making a lot)
1 cup sugar
2 cups grated coconut/niyog
Bring a big pot of water to a boil.
Meanwhile, combine flour and water until it comes together into one solid mass.
Dust your hands with flour.
Gather 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
Then flatten it again gently and slowly put it into the boiling water.
Cook between 3 to 4 minutes until it floats.
Place and then roll cooked sticky balls into the grated coconut then onto the sugar and sesame seeds mixture.
Repeat the process until all done.
