KALAMAY LANSONG
Prep time: 10 minutes
cooking time: 25 minutes for kalamay
15 minutes for latik
Yields: 1 pan (8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch x 2 inch height)
4 cups/1 bag glutinous rice flour (16 oz)
2 cups white sugar
2 can coconut milk
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
LATIK
1 can coconut cream
Combine all ingredients for the kalamay.
Whisk until smooth
Coat pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter and steam for 25 minutes
Cool down.
brush with coconut oil.
Sprinkle latik on top.
Slice and serve.
