4 packs frozen grated cassava, thawed (454 grams each pack)
8 tbsp melted butter
You can add vanilla extract
1 can condensed milk
1 cup macapuno
1 can condensed milk for topping
1 1/2 cans coconut milk (The cans i used were bigger than normal) Can was 560 ml each can.
4 eggs
salt
In a bowl combine all ingredients except for 1 can of condensed milk.
Brush 2 large round cake pan with melted butter.
Pour batter and bake in a pre heated oven (350F) between 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool down.
Pour the other can of condesed milk on top.
Broil on high for 30 seconds or less to caramelize the top.
Cool down before slicing.
