DALAWANG BILAO NG CASSAVA CAKE Ron Bilaro · April 29, 2023 · Leave a Comment Dalawang Bilao ng Cassava!4 packs frozen grated cassava, thawed (454 grams each pack)8 tbsp melted butterYou can add vanilla extract1 can condensed milk1 cup macapuno1 can condensed milk for topping1 1/2 cans coconut milk (The cans i used were bigger than normal) Can was 560 ml each can.4 eggssaltIn a bowl combine all ingredients except for 1 can of condensed milk.Brush 2 large round cake pan with melted butter.Pour batter and bake in a pre heated oven (350F) between 45 to 60 minutes.Cool down.Pour the other can of condesed milk on top.Broil on high for 30 seconds or less to caramelize the top.Cool down before slicing.
