MARUYA/BANANA FRITTERS –
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 4 minutes
Serves: 4
3 pcs SABA, peeled
1 egg – beaten
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup bread crumbs (unseasoned)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Combine banana and egg – mash and add flour
Place a good portion of mashed banana into the bread crumbs and coat.
Fry until brown.
Remove and place into a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil
Combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon powder then sprinkle into the fritters.
Serve.
