Taob ang isang kalderong kanin- sa Creamy Meatballs with Baguio Beans
Sauce:
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 1/2 cups of sauce with Vegetables
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium size onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic,
1 medium size carrot
600 grams Baguio/Green beans
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups chicken or beef broth or water
2 cups fresh milk
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
pinch of safflower or kasuba
salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar
Saute onions and garlic for 2 minutes
Add carrots and cook for another minute.
Melt butter in a pan – takes 2 minutes
Add flour-use medium heat as you stir.
Cook for 30 seconds.
Add broth/water and cook for 2 minutes
Add 2 cups fresh milk and cook for 2 minutes.
Keep stirring.
Add soy sauce, Knorr and season with ground pepper and sugar
Add green beans
Add cooked meatballs.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve.
Meatballs:
You can use ground beef or pork.
