4 tbsp olive oil
450 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
a pinch of sugar
440 ml cream
2 cups pasta water
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped basil leaves
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
HOMEMADE SUNDRIED TOMATOES
4 large tomatoes, sliced
salt
sun dry until dried
add olive oil.
