CHICKEN AND EGGS OVER RICE
This dish is so easy to make i didn’t think you would need a recipe but anyhow.. here it is.. 🙂
Prep time:15 minutes
Cooking time: less than 10 minutes
Serves: 2 with steamed rice
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
2 tbsp Chinese Sweet cooking wine
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into thick strips
chopped green onions for garnish
Combine chinese wine and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Pre heat oil and cook chicken.
Cook the chicken completely.
Remove some of the oil if preferred.
Halfway through, add oyster sauce mixture.
Continue to cook for 1 minute.
Add beaten eggs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Turn off heat.
Keep stirring to cook the eggs.
Serve with steamed rice.
