Caramel In a small pot combine and bring to boil – water,sugar and vanilla @ 6 minutes. 1/2 cup water 1 cup sugar vanilla extract 1/2 cup milk Add milk and continue to whisk for 3 minutes until brown in color. Turn off heat and add 1 tbsp butter. Meanwhile, 1 can fruit cocktail ( 1 1/2 cups)drained 2 pcs bread torn to small pieces 1/2 cup milk Combine fruits and bread in a small bowl. Add caramel. Add milk. Chill in the fridge for an hour. Serve with whipped cream and grated cheddar cheese.
