BONUS FRUIT SALAD

1 can of the following at 425 grams each
Lychees (567 grams)
grated young coconut – (565 grams)
Drain all the juices from these canned fruits completely – possibly draining it in the refrigerator overnight before mixing it with the rest of the ingredients.
When completely drained – add the following
1 can green color gulaman -(540 grams) – chopped
1 bottle cherries – drained and rinsed with cold water
4 oz or more dried raisins
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
200 grams grated cheddar cheese
100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
1 container frozen whipped topping (255 grams) I used brand “Truwhip” found in the frozen section of US grocery store.
