Ingredients:
6 kalamansi
1 cup soy sauce
1 kilo beef sirloin thinly sliced
8 tbsp cooking oil
8 pcs onion sliced into rings
5 cups water
Instruction:
Marinate the beef in kalamansi and soy sauce for 30 minutes.
Drain the marinate from the beef and set aside.
Heat the oil and fry the beef 1 minute each side.
This will take about 20 minutes.
Set aside. In the same pan, place about 3 onions and fry for 1 minute.
Add the fried beef and the marinate sauce.
Add water.
Cover.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Add more water if needed. ( you can add more soy sauce and kalamansi according to your taste).
Uncover.
Add the remaining onion rings on top.
Turn off the heat and cover.
