Paella mula sa Tira tira
This is not your classic Spanish Paella. Although I know how to make the Spanish Paella from scratch. this cooking video offers you a quick way how to make something close to the real. I had some left overs in my fridge and I didn’t want to throw it away. I also used fresh tomatoes since I have 2 large tomatoes close to being over riped. I think it tasted better than the usual canned ones. From Bistek, to left over rice, to over ripe tomatoes, to using Senorita Canned peas and not having red and green bell peppers as garnish, I think the dish turned out excellent. Please omit the wine if you don’t want to use one. Cheers!
