BEEF TAPA (PAN GRILLED AND PAN FRIED)

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: 4 to 6 with steamed rice
2 lbs. thinly sliced beef round or chuck
10 cloves garlic,minced
2 tbsp KNORR LIQUID SEASONING
4 tbsp fish sauce or patis
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp palm vinegar or suka
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, cover tightly and marinate. Keep in the refrigerator over night or 8 hours to develop the flavor. If you want to pan grill, heat a pan coating heavily with cooking spray. Cook until brown (about 6 to 8 minutes turning once). Coat pan with cooking spray per batch. If you want to pan fry, heat pan with 2 tbsp cooking oil. Pan fry between 8 to 10 minutes until desired doneness is achieved.
Serve with garlic fried rice or steamed rice.
