ADBONG SITAW – (CHINESE LONG BEANS))
Pre heat 3 tbsp oil for a minute.
Add 1/4 lb diced pork and cook until soft and brown.
Set aside.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add 1 large yellow onion (peeled and diced) and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 5 cloves of garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add 1 cup water, 3 tbsp soy, vinegar and 2 tbsp OSYTER SAUCE.
Add pork. Stir.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Add pre blanced long beans (1 lb)
Stir and cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until cooked.
Serve.
