CHINESE STYLE BAKED SNAPPER
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Serves: 1 whole fish
1/2 cup ginger, (peeled and chopped)
10 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 whole fish (snapper) cleaned and gutted,
salt and pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup broth
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chinese wine
Combine ginger and garlic and create a paste
Season fish with salt and pepper
Create slits in the fish and press and insert the paste into the fish
Combine soy, broth, sesame and wine.
Drizzle into the fish.
Cover fish with foil tightly
Bake at 425 F for 35 minutes
remove and uncover
Add more soy sauce
Drizzle lemon juice
and garnish with chopped cilantro.
